An educational documentary about teen depression will debut at a State House event today, featuring Michael Haas, a Needham teenager who has battled the disease. The documentary, "Depression: True Stories," will be distributed to every middle school and high school in Boston, courtesy of Partners HealthCare network, which includes Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. The event will take place today at 10 a.m. in the Great Hall of the State House.
